What sort of parts do roodogs sell?
Answer:
We sell brand new mechanical repair and service type items for most makes and models of cars,utes,vans,2wd's,4wd's and trucks as well as agricultural and industrial engine parts and filters.
We also have aftermarket and some genuine lights and body parts and are resellers for accessories such as MAXTRAX'S, ROO-LITES,BLACK DUCK CANVAS SEAT COVERS, IRONMAN BULLBARS AND WINCHES, 4WD RECOVERY GEAR, TERRAIN TAMER PRODUCTS, DASHMATS, HEADLAMP AND BONNET PROTECTORS,RONO ROOF CONSOLES, FRP FLARES AND PANELS, and lots, lots more....

What type of payments does ROODOGS4WD accept?
Answer:
1/ Within Australia: We accept phone payments with Visa and Master card, online with PayPal, direct deposit, cheque's, money orders and for pick up customers eftpos,credit card and cash:
2/ International orders: We accept payment via PayPal or direct deposit only; all information for making payment is provided at checkout.

Is ROODOGS4WD a registered business and is an invoice provided for all orders?
Answer:
Yes on both accounts. ROODOGS4WD is a registered business and an invoice is provided with all orders.
Question:
How are goods that have been ordered through ROODOGS4WD delivered and how long will it take?
Answer:
1/ Orders within Australia are delivered via the postal service and normal delivery time is 4-7 working days, depending on location and which warehouse goods are dispatched from.
Most orders are delivered for free with the standard service but some smaller or heavier items do have an additional charge and these are clearly shown in the listings.
Registered post is available for an extra $4.00 for any high risk delivery areas.
We know that sometimes parts are required urgently and for smaller items up to 5kg we have Express Post bags and Australian Air Express air bags for over night or 1-2 day delivery depending on your location.
For larger items and orders over 20kg in weight we can supply to any business address with either TNT road or toll IPEC courier services.
Charges apply, which vary on location but just ask our sales team for pricing as needed or for urgent delivery.
2/ International orders can be up to 20kg packed weight (with some size restrictions). We can send economy via sea mail, (approximately 3 months delivery), air-mail, (normally 1-3 weeks delivery depending on customs clearance) or express with web tracking via ECI (express courier international). 4-7 working days approximate delivery depending on location and mail service availability.

some items like engine rebuild kits etc. because of the size and weight, we only deliver with TNT Air International which also has web tracking and insurance included.

What if a product bought has to be returned? What is the process?
Answer:
All stock lines are fully refundable as long as they are returned in a reasonable time frame (generally within 3-4 weeks) and in the same condition that they were supplied in.
While all care is taken to supply correct parts it is the purchasers responsibility to make sure that the item is correct before fitment.
Items that have been used are non-returnable.
We understand that mistakes happen and whether it is our error or yours (yes we are human and sometimes get it wong) we will rectify any problem as quick as we can for you so please just communicate with us.

What happens if a refund, for whatever reason, is required?
Answer:
All refunds are via PayPal, company cheque or credit card depending on original payment method and only upon return of goods.

What happens if something I have ordered is out of stock?
Answer:
While all effort is made to ensure items advertised are always available, occasionally due to unforeseeable circumstances we may not be able to supply the item. If we are unable to source an equivalent item we will refund your purchase in full or offer a rain check until stock arrives.
