Payment Options

RooDogs 4WD Spares provide a number of convenient payment methods to make your purchase as easy as possible.

We accept payments through PayPal, one of the most secure payment gateways in the world, to give you the confidence that you will be backed by the PayPal guarantee.

We also accept Mastercard and VISA payments through Eway, Australia’s leading payment gateway.

We take your privacy and security very seriously. We have invested strongly to guarantee the highest level of security for both our customers and ourselves.

RooDogs 4WD Spares use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technologies for all pages that may contain sensitive or personal information.

Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature.

All Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We will always try to group your items in to one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If for any reason your shipment does not arrive after we have advised you of the dispatch date, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as is possible so that we can contact the carrier on your behalf. Allow an extra 2 days for larger items such as Roof Racks etc., or if you are in a more remote location.
