Warranty / Returns

All Products come with a 30 Day / Money Back Guarantee Warranty. Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the Product is faulty or damaged in transit. If a product is faulty or damaged in transit, you may email our Customer Service Department within 5 days of receiving the product using our customer contact page on this web site.

Any Faulty / Damaged product must be returned to RooDogs 4WD Spares at the sender’s expense so the product can be evaluated for a credit, refund or exchange. Credit for any Products that you send back will be applied to your next order.

Returns must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and received within 30 days of purchase.

Items that are special order, stock clearance or non stock lines are non returnable.

Manufacturers warranty terms & conditions may apply in addition to RooDogs 4WD warranty and returns policy.

Domestic Parcel Reply Paid Service:

Returns using our Reply Paid Service with Australia Post need to be authorised by RooDogs (Vic) Pty. Ltd. Unauthorised use of the Reply Paid service will encure costs being billed direct to the customer.
